Port of East London - Rock Revetment
We are currently involved in the revetment project at the port of East London - South Africa. Our Position is that of project Management which we had taken over after the project had no progress for a period of time. Our task was to re-plan re-equip and make the necessary changes to have the project completed. Currently we employ 107 staff - 45 pieces of plant. We are responsible for the total contract for all its facets and report directly to the directors/board. Further information is avalible on request.

I am a independent contractor who has done work for various businesses throughout my career since 1987, including (among others) Eskom, Mossgas, Transnet and various municipalities/EPCs. For Eskom specifically, I worked as Senior Site Representative on the Sterrekus 765Kv expansion program and contracted successfully within their stringent requirements. I am also very experienced in the day-to-day management and future planning, especially working within budget. As an independent contractor, I understand the importance of financial planning and cash flow for the successful completion of any contract. We also specialise in rescuing contracts that has come to a stand still and bringing them a success!
