· Have an in depth understanding in the Power Generation sector, on MEGA projects preferably Civil, Building and Marine Engineering.
· Very good communication and Leadership skills required to build and sustain teams in an international environment with a high level of personal integrity.
· Good technical understanding and fast learning competencies;
· Excellent understanding for finances, budgeting, project management and commercial site management;
· Comprehensive understanding for regulations (technical, working conditions, environmental law, local contents;
· Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel.
